Arvada

The Pond, Arvada Neighborhood

Legacy Ridge offers a quiet and peaceful environment with calm streets that contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. The neighborhood features mostly single detached homes with a range of three to four or more bedrooms, providing spacious living options. Convenient access to several nearby parks, including the well-liked -1 park, allows for ample outdoor recreation opportunities. Cycling is supported by a fairly good network that makes getting around enjoyable. A small selection of restaurants and coffee shops adds to the local charm. Numerous bus lines serve the area, with stops located within easy distance of many residences. Parking availability is abundant.

Legacy Ridge has a character that appeals to a fairly diverse group of people. Legacy Ridge is great for those who need a quiet atmosphere, as there are low levels of noise from traffic. On the other hand, parks, like Windsor Park and Mushroom Pond Open Space, are very well-situated and there are approximately 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in, which makes it very easy to reach them. Lastly, even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this area with the bars in nearby neighborhoods, it is very hard to find a place to grab a drink because they are generally located very far.
